Parked overnight no problem, quiet as can be. Not the spaces overlooking the dam but across the street in the larger lot.

We are two RVs, and spent the night without a problem. There's no sign of prohibition for overnight. Quiet place and public restrooms. In the morning we moved our RV to a parking with the view of the dam for breakfast.
