Nothing glamorous but a rest stop is a rest stop. Somewhere to sleep free of charge that feels safe. Those complaining about there not being any services/water clearly didn't look too hard at all. There is a green metal structure next to the designated campervan spot with grey/black water and fresh water. Maybe you need to be more mindful of cultural differences before calling a country rude.

No funciona el agua ni luz ni nada. Preguntamos en la gasolinera y en la tienda y nadie sabe nada. Todos son muy antipáticos. En este pais no les importan los caravanistas.

In the description is that there should be a grey water disposal, but we couldn’t find any.
Large parking lot, not too many cars and wasn't too noisy at night, but gets busy early in the morning. Toilets were for free at gas station and reasonably clean.
