Parking boisé et ombragé en bord de canal , accès difficile pour les camping cars de 7 mètres , convient plutôt aux vans. Les habitants se garent à la sortie du parking en bord de route donc difficile d’accès et de sortie. Parking très chaotique, beaucoup de trous et attention aux branches.calme mais le train passe régulièrement ( pour les oreilles sensibles !!!)
Wooded and shaded parking lot on the edge of the canal, difficult access for 7 meter camper vans, rather suitable for vans. Residents park at the exit of the roadside car park, making it difficult to access and exit. Very chaotic parking, lots of holes and watch out for branches. Calm but the train passes regularly (for sensitive ears!!!)
Bewaldeter und schattiger Parkplatz am Kanalufer, schwierige Zufahrt für 7-Meter-Wohnmobile, eher für Transporter geeignet. Anwohner parken an der Ausfahrt des Parkplatzes am Straßenrand, was die Ein- und Ausfahrt erschwert. Sehr chaotisches Parken, viele Löcher und auf Äste achten, aber der Zug fährt regelmäßig vorbei (für empfindliche Ohren!!!)

Great little park up. Secluded but next to the canal and a side street with houses so felt safe. Tidy with plenty of bins. There are toilets but they were locked when we were there. Bit muddy this time of year so be prepared. Will definitely use again.
Perfect stop over close to canal. Tight access with trees but it was ok for us 6m. Could get longer vans in there ok. Quiet night, great to stroll down the canal. No facilities.
Super schöner Platz mit spannender Geschichte. Ein Spaziergang an den Kanälen lohnt sich! Wir haben ruhig geschlafen, der Zug hat nicht gestört. Wasser bekommt man am Kanal, mit Kanister oder langem Schlauch wenn man clever parkt.
Posto incantevole, passeggiata lungo il canale, dove c'è un piccolo borgo e un parcheggio di Houseboat, molto particolari e graziose. Qui vengono in molti a passeggiare col cane, ma se arrivate dopo le 17 trovate sicuramente posto, pendenze accettabili. Credo passeremo una notte tranquilla. L' entrata del parcheggio e un' apertura sulla siepe a sx, molto suggestiva.
Amazing place to park up. Lovely scenic canal walks, there’s a place where you can empty waste by a building along the canal. There were public toilets, but they were locked when we visited.
I thought this overnight was great - informal and set under trees next to canals - great for walking and exploring - the two nearby pubs are also excellent. Three vans staying there when I was there and no restrictions (yet)
Hidden gem stayed here on a trip to Aylesbury very peaceful nice views and walks of the canal, would recommend
Pretty good spot right next to the canal. Toilets there and space for a few vans. Level enough without being flat and under cover of trees (loud in the rain).
I stopped late at night while on a long motorway journey. It was very convenient as I travelled down the M40, the place was very quiet and it was nice in the morning to spend a few minutes walking beside the canal. The toilets were closed when I was there and there was some background noise of trains. There were a few other cars parked overnight - my guess is for the canal boats.
Very nice place. A hidden gem. Please take care of the area by cleaning up after yourself. Seems like people do that compared to a lot of places in the midlands. Lots of spaces. I’d say you could take a motorhome down here although it is tight on entry and U-turning may require some ATD. I have a campervan which is comfortable to drive in and out with. Right beside a canal! 5*.
Ein guter Platz zum übernachten , die öffentlichen Toiletten waren aber geschlossen und man hört die Eisenbahn ab und an(wen es stört)

Fantastic spot. Although in the shade of tree canopies, a short walk and you're at the picturesque canal junction with picnic areas and a few amenities such as water and a toilet (if it's open). The village of Lapworth has a fantastic wine shop and post office, pub, village shop nearby. Can even take the train to Birmingham for the night if you want a little less peace n' quiet. Highly recommend!
Excellent park up. Tight entrance, but very quiet at night. We got the train into Birmingham for the night.
You should consider this as last resort. Surrounding are nice. but the surface is very muddy and hundreds of holes where you can broke your tyre. also multiple low hanging branches to avoid. Very narrow drive in. you can get stuck with longer vehicle if locals will leave their cars on the road, as its very busy place. And that trains are very loud. Plus is the water tap and good phone reception.
A beautiful little spot! Yes, you'll hear a few trains running, and Thursday morning is obviously bin collection - but spent a great night here, and will be back :-)
Stayed last night. Plenty of space - does get muddy when wet but not a problem for us. Some railway noise but we have earplugs and had a good night’s sleep.

Super Spot, schön an den Kanälen gelegen, auch toll mit Hund, aktuell weiterhin matschig. Wasser funktionierte, man kann dort aber nicht ran fahren.
Lovely spot right on the canal junction, nice walks, two pubs in walking distance...very muddy at the moment but very quiet and secluded, we are in a 6m van, would recommend
Spent the night here, very quiet, but tight getting in but plenty of space. The choice of 2 pubs in either direction in the road within 10 minute walk either way. We ate in the Boot and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Will visit again in the summer when the Canal is hopefully busier.
Lovely spot for the night. We were alone but due to close proximity of houses it did not feel isolated. Toilets were locked. Plenty of bins around. Pleasant walks along the canal.

Stayed here 2 nights, lovely park up for walks along the canal. Very shaded so not ideal if reliant on solar but plenty of space for my lwb sprinter. Noise from train and cars on nearby road but still managed to sleep well. Gets very muddy in the rain! Just off street lit residential street, felt safe as solo female traveller.
Tucked away, easy to miss the entrance so do google street view so you know what to look for - a few vans around - ground can get a bit muddy - good spot
Nice park up in wooded car park next to the Canel, you can hear the trains when they pass on nearby track, toilet block not open.

Sehr zugewachsene Zufahrt, viele Schlaglöcher. Sind im Dunkeln angekommen und es wirkte nicht einladend. Wir sind weitergefahren
Super spot sur un parking de terre. Des toilettes sont présents mais étaient fermés quand nous y sommes passés. Un robinet d'eau est disponible juste à côté. Très tranquille.
Très bel endroit sous les arbres pour un picnic (deux tables de picnic le long du canal.) ou une nuit, aucune difficulté d'accès, il y a deux entrées. De belles balades possibles au bord des canaux. Le 23 et 24 Août 2023 les toilettes sont fermées mais les poubelles sont toujours disponibles et un point d'eau entre les écluses 18 et 19 (Cf Photo) Vraiment agréable. Bon Trip à Tous !!
lovely spot, near a train line but they stop at about 2230. right but the canal to go and enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning. only problem is that the car park is shaded and you won't get much solar power if needed. it's down a small track so if you arrive late it can be missed. the car park is on a slight angle, but nothing to worry about.
Great parkup. Nice and quiet at night. Can hear trains during the day and canal boat traffic. Overall very peaceful though. Lovely walk along the canal. Can be slightly tricky to find, signal pretty poor and dense tree cover if reliant on solar for power. We arrived on a Sunday morning at 00:30. There is a toilet block but only female door is accessible and as quickly as you open it you close it.
Wir haben eine ruhige Nacht hier verbracht. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt neben dem idyllischen Kanal. Die Einfahrt ist zugewachsen und vermutlich eher nur mit einem Fahrzeug, das nicht größer ist als ein Sprinter, zugänglich. Picknickbank und Mülleimer sind vor Ort. Nur die (eigentlich unbenutzbare) Damentoilette war aufgeschlossen.
