A nice spot for staying overnight. Used by locals so the later you can arrive the better. There's a lovely walk around Glen Amour from the carpark, and more nearby.

Forest parking lot with plenty of space for 2 camper vans; we did a 64km MTB ride from there;
Waldparkplatz mit viel Platz für 2 Wohnmobile; wir haben von dort eine 64km MTB Runde gemacht;
Aparcamiento forestal con mucho espacio para 2 casas móviles; A partir de ahí hicimos una vuelta en BTT de 64km;

Dickson29/12/2024Stayed on a very stormy night 21 December and were very sheltered. Didn’t need any of the facilities but a good overnight stop as part of Forestry Stay the Night scheme

lovely quiet spot with easy access to a forest walk. Saw a few dog walkers between 7am and 7pm who were friendly and welcoming.
