Très bel emplacement pour promenade mais très près de la route très fréquentée entre 4h30 et 23h. 1er promeneur à 5h45, puis cela s'enchaîne. Stationnement pour nous en semaine, peut-être plus calme le week-end ?
Parking pour la lande de Bawdeswell, près de la route, bel endroit pour se garer, idéal comme base pour des promenades. beaucoup de promeneurs de chiens pendant la journée. pas d'installations du tout mais magasin et café à 2 miles à bawdeswell.

Parkplatz für Bawdeswell Heath, in der Nähe einer Straße, schöner Parkplatz, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge. Tagsüber gibt es viele Spaziergänger mit dem Hund. Überhaupt keine Einrichtungen, aber ein Geschäft und ein Café sind 2 Meilen entfernt in Bawdeswell.

uktravelmorocco11/07/2024Quiet in the evenings but as others have said it’s super popular with dog walkers and busy early. Locals knocked on the windows repeatedly waking us up too - didn’t want anything once we were awake either. Parked respectfully. Not great.

Stayed one night, quiet after 9pm. Easy to find. Nice walk from the car park. Walkers arrived from 7.30am but were very friendly and welcoming. One man said they have vans there about twice a week stopping over and it’s no bother to anyone.

Quite a busy carpark with dog walkers. No sign's saying no overnight stopping. Beside a busy road, with traffic between 5.30-22.00, the occasional vehicle through the night. No phone or TV signal, shrouded in tree's occasionally a twig hit's the van roof if windy, it is pretty flat. I was the only van there when I stayed.

Stayed here last night, only our van. Pretty and clean car park. Slightly noisy due to proximity to road and speed of cars passing but quiet enough to sleep between 10pm - 7am. All parking spaces well shaded so good for hot days but not for solar or sat tv. Phone signal weak. Suitable for vehicles up to 7m. Only 2 or 3 dog walker cars at a time in the morning so plenty of room.
