Un petit parc et jardin calme au bord d'une rivière et d'un ancien moulin. Le village de Broughshane est très joli avec un excellent pub, le Thatch, où l'on peut payer et obtenir des pièces en dehors des heures de bureau, une excellente quincaillerie, des toiletteurs pour chiens, des coiffeurs pour dames, des bouchers, un supermarché, un magasin de fruits et légumes, des cafés, etc. Un très joli village Pourtant, il n'y a qu'une courte distance en voiture à travers les collines d'Antrim jusqu'au Causeway Coastal Run à l'est ou à la Chaussée des Géants au nord.

A small, quiet park and garden by a river and an old mill. The village of Broughshane is very pretty with an excellent pub, The Thatch, where you can pay and get change outside of office hours, a great hardware store, dog groomers, ladies' hairdressers, butchers, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable shop, cafes, etc. A very pretty village. Yet, it's only a short drive across the Antrim Hills to the Causeway Coastal Run to the east or the Giant's Causeway to the north.

Ein kleiner, ruhiger Park mit Garten an einem Fluss und einer alten Mühle. Das Dorf Broughshane ist sehr hübsch und bietet unter anderem den ausgezeichneten Pub „The Thatch“, in dem man auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten bezahlen und Wechselgeld erhalten kann, einen gut sortierten Baumarkt, Hundesalon, Damenfriseur, Metzgerei, Supermarkt, Obst- und Gemüseladen, Cafés usw. Ein wirklich idyllisches Dorf. Und doch ist es nur eine kurze Autofahrt über die Antrim Hills zum Causeway Coastal Run im Osten oder zum Giant’s Causeway im Norden.

euro relais aire junior - cheap stopover, only 7 gbp to park, 3 gbp for token for 10 hours of electric, water taps (push not screwed) dont work, no drain to empty grey water and sign says cant empty toilet tank either, in car park of a mill / community centre, pub & small supermarket 5 minute walk away, quiet, nothing a lot in the area, useful for overnight stop for electric

Very Disappointed. Arrived at the Thatch Pub and asked to book in for the night, filled out Card, charged £7, asked where the token was for electricity and was informed none where left, wasn't happy, so no hook up tonight, no worries, gets to the site to see it packed with cars and that the hook up for electricity was out of order. Went back to pub and got my £7. Moved on else where.
Okay spot. Electric limited to 1.4Kw. My 10hr token conked out after 90 minutes, so I reverted to battery power. The bays are not that deep, though my van is 7.9m. I eventually parked side on, so all okay. The Thatch Pub is fab, and they gave me a replacement electric token so all good. Lovely riverside walk (paved) which made walking Jack (our chocolate Labrador) easy. All in all, okay!
Good quite spot. Free to empty back and grey water and get drinking water. £3 for 10hrs of electric. Sometimes the tokens don't work, and you have to check the trip. It can't handle a hairdryer. Went to the Pub and got a free token for the one that didn't work.
£7/night is not bad to be able to have facilities, although there’s really nothing stopping you from using the black/grey disposals and the potable refill for free. The £3 for EHU was not worth it as 3 of the 4 outlets were not working. During our stay the neighbour caravan also had their power turn off, despite all circuit breakers being on and the lights on the unit being on.
Très beau petit coin, au calme, possibilité de se brancher pour 4 camping cars et de se garer pour une petite dizaine. Le paiement pour la nuit est à aller régler dans un des commerces de la ville. Nous avons payé 7£ pour la nuit + 3£ pour l’électricité. Vidange pour wc incluse.
Super plek voor overnachting. heel goedkoop voor 7 pond. zeer rustig. Toilet cassette kan gratis goed geleegd worden. Vers drinkwater gratis maar geen Gardena of schroef aansluiting. Ik heb de slang met duct tape aan de kraan geplakt. Ook de drukknop van de kraan vastgeplakt. Zo gaat het wel met een slang.
Nice car park, functional for a night stay. £7 paid at local pub. Pub was very nice. Did not use electric hook up. Water point free but did not have connection and so only suitable for bottles. Chemical and grey waste free too but not grate to drive over
bon emplacement sur la route vers Belfast. corbeaux un peu bruyants en journée comme les voitures passant sur le pont mais tout se calme la nuit. vider les eau noire et alimentation en eau douce ok. par contre pas facile pour le eaux grises car pas de grille. Paiement au pub aisé.
Très beau parking, avec services pour un coût raisonnable. Nous avons payé au pub, et diné près du feu de cheminée. Seul regret que les places ne soient pas balisées autour de la borne
2 time here. ( coming to and from Larne) lpg garage close as well . Nice little village with quirky museum. Busy during the day and bays may not be free but lots of parking with overhangs until all quietens down. Payment at pub and local shops £7 + £3 for 10 hours elec. ( food shopping in village ) quite at night despite close proximity to rd .black and grey drop and fresh water fill.
Great spot , water and black waste , electricity if you need it for a small fee .
A lovely wee area... unfortunately cars are parked in the spaces where one is supposed to be able to hook up to electricity. However, we got the last parking space and enjoyed a walk around the village, stopping for a coffee and having a look in a couple of shops. It's advertised as an aire, but it's just a car park where cars park slap bang beside the electric/water/disposal hub!
Schöner Platz, mitten in der Stadt. Problemlose Bezahlung im Café. Schön angelegte Wege, um am Abend noch spazieren zu gehen. Negativ waren zwei Punkte: Bis in die Nacht hinein kamen immer wieder relativ junge Leute mit ihren Fahrzeugen und ließen lange den Motor laufen und das Licht an - nervig / unnötig. Die 4 WoMo Stellplätze sind nicht markiert und waren leider auch z.T. mit PKW blockiert.
Wir haben nur die Ver und Entsorgung genutzt. Grauwasser nur mit Schlauch in die Säule abzulassen weil dort kein Bodenablass ist. Frischwasserentnahme nur mit Wasserdieb möglich keine Schraubgewinde!
lovely aire motorhome stop over. £7 a night which is great.. paid at The Thatch Inn. Nice and quite in the evenings and night.. Village is so clean and tidy. wil defo be back.
