Prima plek voor een nacht! Prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijk geslapen. Het was zelfs windstil!
À côté de la route principale de Cabo de Gata mais avec peu d'afflux de voitures (nous y sommes allés en hiver), une vue agréable sur le littoral, le matin, vous pouvez voir les vues de la face sud de Cabo de Gata éclairées par un léger feu de soleil.
Next to the main road of Cabo de Gata but with little influx of cars (we went in winter), pleasant views of the coastline, in the morning you can see the views of the south face of Cabo de Gata illuminated by light sun fire.
Neben der Hauptstraße von Cabo de Gata, aber mit wenig Autoverkehr (wir fuhren im Winter), angenehme Aussicht auf die Küste, am Morgen können Sie die Aussicht auf die Südwand von Cabo de Gata sehen, die von hellem Sonnenfeuer beleuchtet wird.
Al lado de la carretera principal de cabo de gata pero con poca afluencia de coches (fuimos en invierno), agradables vistas de la linia de costa, por la mañana se ven las vistas de la cara sud erte de cabo de gata alumbradas por la luz fuego del sol.

cherisamba06/10/2025Solo women traveller, strangely the police came around 10pm, circled my car 3 times and left ( I showed my face at the window, smiled and went back to sleep) ! Probably checking for safety ? The spot is almost flat, almost no traffic during the night, spent a quiet and safe night.
mushysvan1307/06/2025Tiny spot right off the dirt road. Option to go further if you are more daring/have a heartier vehicle. Was absolutely stunning. The sunrise and set was incredible. Some hiking trails down toward the ruins and a cliff that looks out over the town/water. You can hear the cars from the road but it’s not a particularly busy road. Honestly will be dreaming about this place when I leave.

Questo posto è meraviglioso. Ci abbiamo passato due notti ed è andato tutto bene. Un po' difficile raggiungerlo, non serve 4x4,ma sicurezza e buona capacità di guida si. Il terreno è rovinato, non andarci con un mezzo basso.

I parked quite close to the road (because of heavy rainfall) but it got quiet at night. The walk to the ruins is lovely and the views amazing. Some drunk man did walk down the road enthusiastically, waking me around 6am, but this seems rather random (and he didn't bother me or my van)
oilandess19/01/2025Un plâteau de steppe qu’il surplombe la côte… très belle vue sur la Méditerranée et village la plage en dessous est accessible par un sentier au milieu des ruines…. Super endroit

Nice views, road quiet over night. Can be a bit windy. Short walk to some interesting ruins.

Ruhige Ecke. Kann von hier zu den Ruinen eines Bergbau-Dorfes wandern und von dort eine tolle Aussicht genießen.

We did not sleep directly at the position put in Google maps but took the road made out of cement (you can see it bright in satellite pictures in maps). There you pass a building for water infrastructure and at the end there is a place to turn the car and camp. Except for the small stair at the end of the cement road, the access is really easy.
