Nice big carpark on the sea front. 4G on 3 and good bins. No overnight parking allowed and well monitored during peak season. I stayed for 4 hours at £6.80 via the app and saw 2 separate carpark wardens checking vehicles. Cafe and ice cream store next to parking. No dogs on the beach in September.
No overnight parking allowed!! We driving to Keyhaven… there will be overnight parking allowed (say another camper)
quiet night with a restaurant and snack van nearby. Very popular with boy racers and dog walkers but was quiet during the night. Beach at the bottom of the stairs was deep shingle and difficult to walk on. Local walkers wore wellies and walked along the sand tide mark.
Parked here for 1 night. Toilets were open when we arrived around 4pm closed at 7.30am when we left, had a great nights sleep, few boy racers but they weren’t any trouble. Lovely spot. 31st March 2023.
Barriers to access where larger vehicles can park locked.up when we arrived at 9pm.1 motorhome was locked in that area and would not be able to leave until barriers unlocked in the morning.
Park up has potential to be lovely, arrived and parked right by the sea, fell asleep listening to the waves. Unfortunately this was ruined as boy racers turned up at 2am competing who had the loudest subwoofer, waited 90mins to see if they leave but ended up moving at 3:30am, amazing park up if lucky enough to catch on a quiet night
Stayed at this huge car park at Hinchcliffe-on-Sea for three nights. No charge as off season. No barriers & no time limit & a stones throw from the beach. Very windy but beautiful walks to Mudeford Quay & fossil hunting. Peaceful at night …some boy racers but didn’t go on late & didn’t make much noise.

Superb large car park, free to park November to March!! 5 large spaces at back for ‘heavy vehicles’. Strangely there was a caravan also there that looked like it was being lived in plus a large black van across the other side of the car park running a very noisy generator!! (Don’t be surprised if a height barrier gets put up as in other car parks in the area!!) Walking distance to Mudeford Quay.
