Didn’t have a problem here at all. In fact, one of the locals asked if we need anything to come find her house and she will help us. Very nice. We came in early May, most of the houses were not occupied. Very quiet, some stray dogs further down the beach. Difficult to turn around at different points, but can take side streets. yes you are in front of luxury homes.
We stayed a bit further towards the tip of the peninsula, just as the road turns to gravel. Good for off-season whilst the villas aren't occupied, but may be worse in summer.
