A super nice place for staying overnight a little lower is the picnic place which has much better views but the place is great to stay overnight few cars and tractors moving during the night but okay overall
Charmant petit coin. Aucun signe indiquant que je ne peux pas dormir du jour au lendemain.
Lovely little area. No signs to say cannot sleep overnight.
Schöne kleine Gegend. Keine Anzeichen dafür, dass ich nicht über Nacht schlafen kann.
Pequeño rincón con encanto. No hay señales de que no pueda dormir durante la noche.
Piccolo angolo affascinante. Nessun segno che non riesco a dormire durante la notte.

AlexBro2501/08/2025Très beau spot avec énormément de places, tables de pique-nique, barbecues, toilettes. /!\ Route étroite et compliquée depuis Lugano (obligé de manoeuvrer dans les virages en épingle avec van de 6m). En revanche, la route depuis Argegno se fait sans problème /!\

Quiet, picturesque, barely any cars passing the narrow road. No signs prohibiting overnight stays. The road leading up to the place is steep though.

Gute Stellplatz, hatten hier eine sehr ruhige Nacht. Parkplatz ist perfekt um die Wanderung auf den Monte Generoso zu starten, nach wenigen Metern bergauf auf der rechten Seite beginnt der Wanderweg. Bitte kein Müll rumliegen lassen.

Wunderschöner Platz, toller Ausblick und man hat wirklich seine Ruhe hier. Auch mit Hund toll. Einziger Nachteil: der Weg hier hoch geht wirklich lange hoch und unser alter T3 hat’s nicht ganz geschafft, also der Weg setzt eurem Auto wirklich etwas zu, passt auf dass euer Auto nicht überhitzt. Wir sind nicht die einzigen mit einem überhitzten Auto.

Quelques promeneurs le matin mais très calme la nuit, les locaux sont très gentils dans ce coin. Pas bcp de place plat…
ArditaAmsterdam04/01/2024Great place, worth the climb. Not big.. in my opinion 3-4 vans max, but i was here in january and completely alone. Cristal clear sky and a lot of stars. Worth going up even more in the morning. Amazing corner of uethe earth. During the night i had sone donkeys around but that was pretty much it.

Coin agréable pour une nuit. Bruit de fond avec cloche de vache Néanmoins, je le déconseille le we car bcp de départ de randonnée qui viennent se garer à côté. Les locaux étaient charmants
transi_on_tour24/09/2023Toller Parkplatz mit ca. drei Plätzen. Auffahrkeile sind zu empfehlen. Kein Handyempfang. Leider lagen viele Feuchttücher und anderer Müll herum. Super zum Übernachten und auch keine Verbotsschilder!

Endroit calme et très sympa au bord d’une route peu fréquentée avec son des cloches. Quelques passages la nuit mais pas dérangeant. Départs de randonnées le matin.

marcm9615/10/2022Dormito in Maggiolina. Ottimo angolino tranquillo a lato di una strada poco trafficata (a metà ottobre almeno). Ideale per una notte. Durante la notte sono arrivate delle capre a tenerci compagnia per mezz'ora, e poi sono andate via.
