great little stop, no one here very quiet and lovely views across the fields in all directions.
Parking au bord d'un chemin de campagne très calme. Belle vue sur les champs qui peuvent avoir du bétail à des jours différents mais pas quand j'y étais. Pas près des maisons donc ne dérange personne. Super petit endroit.
Parking lay-by at the side of a very quiet country lane. Nice views of fields that may have livestock on different days but not when I was there. Not near any houses so not disturbing anyone. Great little spot.
Parkplatz am Rand einer sehr ruhigen Landstraße. Schöne Aussicht auf Felder, die an verschiedenen Tagen Vieh haben, aber nicht, als ich dort war. Nicht in der Nähe von Häusern, also niemanden stören. Toller kleiner Ort.

Pdono30/06/2025I really liked this quiet spot. There was already a car parked so I pulled in well ahead of them & magically parked completely level. I had a ready-made audience of cows who were fascinated with me. A few cyclists & cars going by, but nothing bothered me.
LouiseUttley01/12/2023Very peaceful, no traffic overnight at all and no cars passed until around 6am. marked down as extremely uneven, would struggle in a larger van as the potholes are huge!

Bumpy spot next to cattle farm. Had cyclists and walkers coming past early in the morning. Find for overnight. No one bothered us.

Nice little off road layby on a quiet country road. Dirt and not paved under trees to expect bird poo and trees sap in summer. Great for summer but would probably not recommend in heavy rain or winds due to risk of branches falling. Quiet and peaceful though for the most part.

a nice quiet layby. a bit bumpy, but you should be able to find a level spot. nice walks and pubs nearby.

Nice spot. Basic layby but on a very quiet road, we didn't hear a car pass all night!

Great spot out of the way, quiet and no bother, couple of laybys along the road. No services and mobile data signal is a bit weak but not too much of an issue.

Endroit pratique pour une nuit entre nord et sud de l'Angleterre , assez éloigné de tout, donc paisible.
