excellent spot. clean quite and restful. camping, campers,caravans and pods. €32 per night inclusive of electric. pub on site. food served and a street kitchen vendor with excellent food for all tastes. pub staff very friendly leading to a very pleasant evening and atmosphere.

Camping très humide, limite marécageux. Difficile de trouver une place correcte. Nous avons demandé l’électricité mais rallonge pas assez longue car la borne était à 4-5m de notre emplacement. Douche payante.
Spent two nights here in our campervan. 17-18 May. Nice quiet spot. Plenty of walks nearby, short walk to town. Toilets showers and water disposal available. No Laundry service available on site now. Good pub on the site. Can't fault the place except to say basic cooking facilities would be handy as the amenities block is big enough. Good price at €25 a night without ehu.
Nice pub, nice food, nice staff. campsite and facilities were clean, we ended up staying 2 nights. the burger is huge, the steak sandwich was tasty and the bangers and mash were lovely.
I loved this place. Super friendly staff and very nice pub with live music. I just didn't like the shower and pitches without water. I will definitely come back.
Nice little campsite right along the river Shannon. Very friendly welcome and decent facilities. There is a pub at the entrance with a lovely cosy atmosphere and and good pub grub. The pints of Guinness were absolutely beautiful.

Ein kleiner Platz am Fluss mit ordentlichen Sanitäranlagen, aber potential nach oben. Check in vor 17 Uhr nur telefonisch, das aber sehr unkompliziert (man erhält den Code für das Tor). Ein Pub ist direkt am Platz dabei, leider gibt es dort nur von Freitag bis Sonntag zu essen, Musik ist nur Freitags, Getränke aber wohl die ganze Woche. Der Wirt war aber nicht unbedingt hilfsbereit.
Stayed here Feb 25 (campsite opens Feb 1st), paid 24 Euro for a campervan. Nice meal and pint in the pub which is located on the campsite. Open Aires or Campsites off the main season are a rarity in Ireland so it’s worth pointing this one out.
campingplatz mit pub ! am Abend gutes essen und tolle live musik ! kleiner platz, saubere Sanitärs mit strom 30 Euro. 1,50 Euro für die dusche. vom den 8 Minuten sind die ersten 5 Minuten leider kalt. wir haben aber die ersten 1,50 Euro zurück bekommen. für eine nacht trotzdem gamz ok.
