We crept through (7.3m long and 3m high) - although trees are low hanging, the branches are soft and no damage to either us or the trees. Lovely quiet spot - hopefully a walk into town and a peaceful night ahead

bingle522/06/2025Spent the afternoon and night here. Good spot, especially as the daytime temperature got up to 30 °C so nice to have the shade. Peaceful overnight.
Crossdog05/05/2025Good quiet spot & peaceful night, walks nearby so plenty of runners/dog walkers etc so ideal for us. Trees overhanging so wouldn’t recommend for high vehicles…. Lots of bins so leave no trace. Signal was bit hit/miss only downside but not a biggie.

very quiet spot, big spacious carpark at the end of what looks like a service path or similar, trees not a problem when i visited, small van 2.4m height. 5m long. very dark and peaceful, dog walkers in the AM
bigbothy26/12/2024Great peaceful spot with easy access to a canal side stroll. Drive in looks tight but my m/h is over 3m high and I had no problems.

Peaceful night. Lovely spot, walked by the canal into town. People here are really friendly. Single track to the park up, overhanging trees, but we got through slowly. Lots of space to park. Would happily stay again.

Brilliant Spot Stayed In Motorhome Overnight Grandson Was Playing Football at The Leisure Centre 4 Miles Away Was 28C Lovely Sheltered Spot Absolute Gem Of a Spot Very Quiet Nice and Safe

Stayed here on a warm Friday night. A little noise from park until 10 but then quiet all night. Lots of space and plenty of shade. Much prefer this to the Water Lane car park which is very cramped.
