On a calm night there’s nowhere better, panoramic views out towards Tayside and beyond. Gets a bit rock’n’roll when it’s windy though.

YellowBrickRoad19/04/2025Absolutely stunning views but (of course) very windy on the top, as winds are coming from all sides. Challenge to find a level spot and road busier than one might expect, but quiet enough for a good nights sleep! Stayed one night with two vans and a couple of other people showed up up for short-term parking up during the evenings, otherwise very remote. Bin available.

Great place to stop for the night. Amazing views and plenty of walks available. Large bin available which was emptied in the morning.

Amazing views on a clear day, really quiet at night. I don’t think I heard a vehicle between 11pm - 6am. Litter bin is the only convenience here. I’ll be back!!!
