More of an aire than a campsite, not the most glamorous location in a business park next to the A9 but perfectly serviceable,if a bit expensive for what you get. Open all year round .

Handy stop off on main road. Easy to access with electric hook up and water fill station. Enclosed from main road so secure. Clean toilets. No shower facilities open (December). Good stop.

Pulled up to the site and there was a sign saying “services temporarily unavailable”. Campsite was open but the services were only for staying residents.

très bonne aire de cc. réservation facile. bien située. Un magnifique Sentier côtier. à 40 mn à pied du château de Dunrobin. Nous avons pu profiter des festivités du gala de Golspie.

The site is on a small business park next to the main road. Short walk into town. Railway station even closer! Facilities clean tidy. Lacks a bit of character but newly planted bushes will help in a year or so. Shower needs pound coins - temperature adjustment knob not easy to reach without getting out of the shower cubicle.

Arrived late and called up, was let in the overflow section and was perfect! Please do note to take £1 coins for showers as no change machine!

A bit expensive for the location. The booking process leads to lots of fussy emails about various rules but the procedure for getting in works well. The drive over gray waste isn’t very located and took a bit of fiddling to get in to a good position otherwise the slope means it’s wouldn’t empty properly. Clean toilets. There’s water on the electricity posts.

Wir zahlten 27£ inkl. Strom. Kleine, feine Pitches mit Onlinezugang. Es gibt auch eine einzelne Dusche mit Bad in der man für 1£ 4 Minuten warm duschen kann ( alles sauber). Der Weg ins Dorf oder Strand ist nicht weit, alles gut.

Open all year round - even when there's a yellow snow warning! Golspie is a decent town with some good local walks. Use the website to book in, I think we paid 27 for the night with electric, which is comparable to campsites. You can service your van for 10 pounds.

Not exactly picturesque but very clean and functional.

What a gem of a place, only needed a shower so contacted the telephone number at the gate and spoke to a lovely lady who let us in. Excellent shower facility only 1 so you may have to wait your turn, £1 for 4 minutes is excellent value for money. Bins, grey water drop chemical drop and electric for those who need it. Thank you for this lovely place wish there where more like it in the UK.

Gut brauchbarer Stellplatz. Nahe zur Strasse, aber Nachts ruhig und sicher.

We used it just to service our van - £10. Good clean facilities. Shower available, seems to be £1 for 4 minutes.

great stop first time with a hired van toilets were very clean and shower available at £1 for 6 mins. good fairly level gravel pitches with electric plus all waste and water facilities. reasonable price nice walk into the village. recommended

What a fabulous addition to the motor homing world! Super, facilities. We serviced our van on Christmas eve after a quick call with the proprietor. There are a number of hard standing pitches available and we will definitely be returning. We wish there were more such facilities throughout the country. Highly recommended!

we stayed here, £20.00 a night for a hardstanding pitch without electric hook up. 1 seperate toilet, and 1 toilet with shower room, both very clean. shower is £1.00 for 6 minutes so make sure you bring pound coins. You can pay cash, card or online at their website.

nous avons fait halte 1h pour recharger notre ecoflow, il n'y avait personne, nous avons appelé au numéro indiqué et avons eu une dame très gentille qui nous a permis de recharger notre batterie, contre une petite somme que nous avons laissé dans la boîte. Merci Madame

Arrived just after 1pm and it was empty, rung the number on the entry sign, paid my £25 and had the pick of the park!….., short walk across the railway bridge into town, first carpark then a small convince store on same side as carpark……., further down the high street on the other side of the road is a Co-oP with a slightly better choice. There is a single track BR railway line & station nearby!

Great little place to stop, we stayed for the night it had exactly what we needed. Water, electric, toilets and £1 - 6mins for a shower. clean facilities. Nice and quiet only us and another pitched up.

Sehr schöner Platz sehr netter Betreiber. Sanitären Anlagen waren sauber, Straße war bedingt durch die Nähe natürlich zu hören aber nicht störend in der Nacht.

nieuwe mooie overnachtingsplaats op NC500 route. VANAF NU OOK MET 1 DOUCHE (1£ per 6 min). straat is redelijk druk maar valt 's nachts mee. reserveren is aangeraden of vroeg komen. Er zijn wel wat extra 'late arrival' plaatsen (max 3 a 4). wij betaalden 20£ aan Ann.(geen stroom). restaurant tip: MacGregor aan de andere kant van het dorp op 20 minuten wandelen. goed eten.

Park was good. Food was excellent. Beach was close. But it was really dirty in the shower and toilet block.

Great location and easy to find, ideal for NC500 route. Quiet area, stayed for one night (£25 for electric and facilities). Room for roughly 15 campers/vans. Would recommend and would stay again.

Very convenient to NC500. The site is cleverly laid out with good distancing between stands. Super-clean and very welcomely warm toilet/wash room (it was sub-zero weather). Easy phone booking and payment with pleasant owner.

We stayed here overnight only a few campers this time of year. Brand new area and very handy on the NC500 for us (anti clockwise). Also good to off load, EHU and replenish our water supply with a very clean well maintained toilet facility. Ice cream parlour, Fish and Chips and town coop with a Nisa for your food supply’s. Also a chocolate making shop but a little expensive.

Stopped in at Golspie to take advantage of the £10 deal for filling up water, emptying grey and the WC cartridge. Spoke to Ann on the phone as no one around and paid her on the call. All very well kept and would definitely stay here again on another trip north! Very handy for our needs today.

We were one of the first to stay at the beginning of September. Lovely friendly owners, they have worked hard to make a great little stopover. Good luck to them. EHU to be installed soon, all you need for a comfortable stay. A good layout with easy to use facilities, waste and water. Great little town, lovely fresh fish from the fish and chip shop.

New and just about completed, hard standing, electric hookup, water, disposal point and a toilet. Welcoming of motorhomes and rooftent campers but no ground tents. we paid online and then arrived but you can just arrive I believe. The cost was £20 and then £2 per dog. People running the site are friendly and welcoming. Some road noise being on the main route but only what you would expect.

New site! This is a super place to stop, no electric yet but all other frailties, Level parking bays, short walk to the pub & chip shop up the road and not far to the castle’s. £20 per night

Stopped for one night, just has you come in to Glospieon the NC500. Still work in progress, only been open 8 weeks. Warm welcome off the owner. Short walk into town for fish & chips, banks, shops and seafront There's also a castle to explore and coastal walk on route to John OGroats Lovely view of sea and surrounding countryside.

Place we were planning to park at in Golspie was No Overnight Parking, but we stumbled upon this site whilst heading out of the village. Still a work in progress but lighting, water, toilets and disposal facilities all working. Very helpful and friendly owner and glad we stumbled upon it.
