Brilliant spot and we were lucky enough to be there on a clear night when the aurora danced across the sky. All facilities you’d expect of an aire. Spaces are not close together at all, there is at least 4m at a guess between the bays. Beach just over the dunes and a little cafe van too. Loved this place and would definitely come back.
Great Motorhome stop over everything your Motorhome desires water, black waste grey waste and bins. The only thing missing is gas which is only round the corner. This is a very well organised site. Very clean and tidy the only disappointment and I’m not marked it down for that is that the public have the right way to walk across the site so be careful. Beach is just up the hill great for your dogs
Fantastic motorhome stop just behind the dunes. Beautiful beach, peaceful setting. Great to have water top up, black and grey waste disposal, and recycling bins onsite. Modern public toilet block very nearby which stayed open. Easy to book online with automatic number plate recognition at the barrier on arrival. Would definitely recommend!
lovely beach, quirky little beach huts other than that not great, £17.00 to stay, no view, no shower facilities only the use of a public toilet, only £15.00 to stay with showers next to the captains table a stone throw away, with views.
Sehr schön hinter den Dünen. Sehr viel Platz für jedes Wohnmobil. Ver– und Entsorgung und Trinkwasser alles top. Wir hatten erst zwei Nächte gebucht. Haben noch eine Nacht dazu genommen. Kleiner Ort mit Atmosphäre…
Wir waren nur zum Entleeren da. Sehr enge und teilweise zu geparkte Zufahrt. Wenn man nur die Serviceleistung in Anspruch nehmen will, dann muss man die "Hausmeisterin" anrufen damit sie die Schranke öffnet, Nummer an der Schranke. Bezahlt wird dann mit einer SMS (Achtung Autokorektur) Unser Platz wäre es nicht, alles Geschottert und Eng an Eng.
Nice enough site, but slightly too expensive for what it is - a gravel parking area with waste disposal facilities and no showers. Toilets are public toilets, not just for site, but fairly clean. £10/night would be reasonable. That said, Findhorn is a delightful little place, beautiful beach and river with a couple of nice pubs.
This is a lovely place to visit but still too expensive. Lowering the price and encouraging more MHs can only benefit the local economy, local shops and restaurants. There’s LPG at the garage on the way to Forres.
schöne gepflegte Anlage in Strandnähe, öffentliche Toiletten in ca. 150 Meter Entfernung vorhanden, automatische Autokennzeichen-Erkennung bei Einfahrt an Schranke nach vorheriger Buchung (wer im Autokennzeichen einen Umlaut hat, kann die Punkte einfach weglassen z.B. WU statt WÜ und es funktioniert trotzdem)
Wunderschöner Stellplatz direkt in den Dünen. Wir hatten einen Zahlendreher in unserer Buchung, hatten dann angerufen und wurden ohne Probleme auf den Platz gelassen. Würden diesen Platz jederzeit wieder anfahren.
Made use of the emptying facilities only (didn't stay over) and was well equipped and very clean. I had to call the reception number in order to be let through without paying the overnight fee. The woman was very helpful. There is a suggested donation of £5 for use. The location is gorgeous and we had coffee and snacks from a little van sitting on the beach before we headed off
Really enjoyed our stay here, so much that we came back on the way home. Right by the beach (huge - when the tide is out) and 5 minutes to the village with great pubs. Signs say max stay is 2 nights, but website allows 3. [NB. waste disposal *is* available to anyone not staying for £5 donation. However, if you haven’t paid to stay, then you have to carry your waste a few metres past the gate.]

Great stop over by the beach. Stopped over Sunday 29th Dec. Walked the dogs on the beach and looking forward to going back in the summer.
Site très agréable en bordure d 'une plage de galets magnifique avec des huttes colorées de plage. Nous avons booké à l arrivée par mail, 17 livres et reconnaissance du numéro du fourgon pour lever la barrière. De nombreuses places bien délimitées , eau et vidange des toilettes chimiques possibles. Petit bémol, pas d électricité . Nous recommandons.
It’s expensive, the pitches aren’t level. You can’t empty your grey water properly as the drain is too close to the building. You have to drive in forward, but then the freshwater tap is on the wrong side of the van. For a new purpose built Aire it’s not good. The location is good and we had a couple of quiet nights.

Booked this as a last minute stop for the night, the final one of our journey. Booked online and didn’t have the van reg to hand, had to call the contact as it was (very much!) after 11am when we booked. The lady was extremely helpful, adjusting the system straight away for us arriving ten minutes later. The toilets are clean and there’s a beautiful view from the site. Amazing place to stop off!
Stayed just one night great view really quiet. Beach is amazing for walking or swimming. There is a restaurant nearby food was great what is not to like. There is a loo close by not sure if they close them at night but book it on line just to be save.
Traveled all over Europe in our motorhome. This place is too expensive. It would be used more if it were cheaper and therefore make more money. My advice, visit for the day and walk on the beautiful beaches (that are everywhere in Scotland) and then go stay in Lossiemouth for free. Keep putting price up and eventually nobody will stay.
Lovely quiet safe spot to park up. Short walk over to the beach/ bay. Toilets, fresh water and waste disposal area. Couple of bars / restaurant nearby. Plenty of space between pitches. Perfect for self contained vans / motor homes. 2 night maximum stay indicated on sign. £17 per night . Great local initiative. Well done Findhorn.
great overnight spot. pitches are large and well spaced. we fit our 9.5m expedition vehicle in a spot with no problem. super community initiative. if you book online at the entrance it takes some time for the booking to go through and the registration plate recognition to open the barrier, so don't block the entrance while waiting.
Ein vorbildlicher Stellplatz. Geräumige Parzellen. 2 Minuten zum Strand. Wasser, Abwasser, Entsorgung Campingtoilette. Mehr nicht. Eine zum Strand gehörende Toilette kann mit benutzt werden. Achtung! Man kommt definitiv nur mit Online Buchung und Zahlung per Kreditkarte auf den Platz. 17 £. Nummernschild Erkennung.
Great spot. Clean bathrooms next to the car park and a cute wee town. Lots of places to walk and see and the pub by the marina had some tasty morsels on the menu.
Excellent stopover. It's now a 3 night maximum stay. Lovely people beautiful bay so relaxing. The museum and icehouse well worth a visit. Highly recommend.

Great place should be more places like this in England and Wales reasonable price at £17 per night you waste elson and fresh drinking water all thanks to the locals
Great set up and well spaced pitch’s. Very quiet overnight and blessed with sunshine. Lovely walks along the beach. Great local pub that allows dogs in and sells real ale. (Timothy Taylor) but would probably change! I here is good food and but we did not have any this time but we will be back!
Off season and it’s windy but a lovely site to stay. No services of course as it’s out of season. System works well and I recommend a photo of your license plate in phone and hold to camera - worked better
Super place to stay. We were the only van on the park. Black and grey water disposal and fresh water included in the 17£ price. Lovely walk along coast and round the eco village. Watched seals and many seabirds. Book online in advance makes easy entry through barrier.
Our favourite Aire in Scotland. Stayed two nights over Hogmanay and had a great stay. Another toilet block has been built near the entrance but only opens end of March. The original toilet block is well maintained and very clean. All facilities are spot on. Superb beaches and beautiful village
£17 pre-booked. Only can in for the night. The water was turned off, not sure if this was due to season or weather conditions. Only can staying on the 5/12/24. Walked into town and had a lovely bar meal at the Crown and Anchor. Need head torch if venturing out after dark. It has good access to the beach.
If you arrive without booking, scan the QR code on the notice board. The link will take you to an online booking and payment. Wait about 10 minutes after receiving email for the camera to recognize the vehicle license and open the boom.
Nice to have something ‘continental’ on the go. The barrier wouldn’t open for us but this was resolved with a quick phonecall. All the basics on hand. Great location and great wee village.

Wunderschön, direkt hinter der Düne. Ein zauberhafter Ort mit tollen Pubs und einem unglaublich schönen Bio Laden (bakery). Der Strand ist sehr steinig. Toiletten nicht so schön. Überraschend leer.
Parfait pour profiter de la plage et de la ville avec des resto très sympa. Le zone eau/eau grise / chimique est très pratique et l’accès est inclu dans le prix de la nuit.

Un endroit que l'on aimerait avoir plus souvent. Dans un site naturel, tout proche de la mer, des emplacements bien délimités, calme absolu. Eau et vidange pratique. Je recommande. On peut entrer et sortir librement. Juste un problème : la caméra de la barrière qui ne fonctionne pas toujours mais un simple coup de fil et elle s'ouvre.

Great spot for the night. £15 and you can use the beach toilets. 1 minute walk and you're on the beach behind the beach huts. A few lovely pubs in Findhorn, had some great dirty fries at the captain's parlour just a few minutes from the motorhome park.
Très joli endroit, nous avons pu voir des phoques de l’autre côté du chenal. Les services fonctionnent et nous n’avons pas eu de problème avec la barrière….cependant 1 nuit ok, n’en prévoyez peut-être pas plus, surtout si comme avec nous la température ne dépasse pas 12 degrés en plein mois d’août
Camperplaats in de duinen, die je vooraf online moet boeken. Geef je kenteken op zonder streepjes, anders herkent de camera je kenteken niet. Aankomst vanaf 12:00 uur, vertrek om 11:00 uur. Ruime plaatsen. Restaurant op loop afstand. Strand op loopafstand. inclusief water, lozen van toilet en grijs water. Zeer rustig gelegen.
A great facility to park up for a night or two, quiet in the evenings and a short walk to the beach and village. Ample space between vehicles. Rubbish/recycling facilities, water, grey waste and black waste. WC open 24/7 - basic but functional, no lights and bring toilet paper in case. Will definitely return.

Stopped here for 2 nights, great stop over with lovely beach just over the dunes. Have to book on line £15 per night, ok toilets no showers. Close to pub/Resturant lovely area. Have to book on line, camera will recognise no plate barrier will open, on our arrival barrier not working but there’s a phone number to call to open barrier for you, highly recommended.

Great location 2 minutes from a beautiful beach and wonderful views over the Moray Firth. Attractive village with 3 good pubs, a supermarket and a Nepalese clothing store - all that you need! However, chemical toilet disposal blocked at time of visit.
Great spot. Really good cafe/bar close by and public toilets which were open all night. Really close to beach which my dog loved. Water and waste facilities were adequate. was lovely and quiet apart from sounds of sea - bliss

Brilliant facility. I only wish there were more facilities like this in Scotland. £15 was a bargain for a secure parking space, fresh water, chemical disposal and grey water disposal. Also toilets nearby. I understand the £15 fees are going towards refurbishment. Findhorn is lovely. Would definitely return
Alles bestens ein sehr schöner Stellplatz und endlich Mal eine Entsorgungsanlage für Wohnmobilfahrer. Davon gibt es leider zu wenige in Schottland. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit den großzügigen Stellplätzen und das man Grauwasser entsorgen kann sowie Chemie WC und tanken von Frischwasser. Alles Top. Die Buchung erfolgt über die E-Mail und funktioniert einwandfrei. Maximaler Aufenthalt 2 Tage.
Excellent facility, plenty space between vans. It's run by the local community, not the council, and all the funds go back into enhancing this (new toilet block coming soon).
We visited here many times was an honestly box or pay in local shop very friendly locals. now just no soul money orientation is all they know the whole moray coastline seems to be taken over . The rest of the area is beautiful with great café and people
September 2021. Fabulous parking area restricted for camper vans and mobile homes. Only a five minute walk down to the beach with spectacular views along the crisp white sands . Well worth a visit. Two days maximum stay . Well worth a visit
