Motorhomes are welcomed here and are charged the normal car rate (£6.50) - even when I mentioned that we might take up more than one space (may be a different story in the summer when the car park is full of course - but in May it was fine.). There isn’t a flat spot anywhere, that wasn’t an issue for us. No overnights stays.
4* for the location which is gorgeous, but contrary to other posts here there are no spaces for motorhomes, only buses. We arrived at 7am, well before the ticket guy who arrives at 9 and spoke to a local who said that we would probably be charged double for taking up two spaces (7m rig). We walked the dog and left. Shame, but i won't pay excessive parking charges, in this case £13.
Spot on - good for a day visit - carpark is £6 regardless of duration but great spot - we did from 8am to 9:30pm & did loads of walking & fishing. Incline on carpark so blocks handy. There is a drinking water tap at the lifeguard station outside- not to be abused !
Now £6 but great place to park a long campervan. Wide vehicles may struggle at busy times. We got beachfront(field) spots on all four occasions - directed by the ticket seller. Run by the local council.
Great location on the beach and some larger bays for motor homes! 40p to use the toilets- you can pay with card.
Great view, but dogs not allowed on the beach and car park not available for overnight parking. A man was taking payment at the entrance as we arrived, £4 only as we arrived at 2pm, he wasn’t there anymore when we left though.
