Pro’s, lovely big lay-bys hard standing with bins, clean, gorgeous curry house around the corner, Cons, boy racers paradise, at midnight I was woken with a lot of boy racers around me, in fact they filled most of the lay-by, laughing shouting, racing up and down, revving, music blasting , the road it’s self is noisey but it’s also used as a race track! As a solo female traveler I didn’t dare get out my van so I had to endure this all night! STAY A WAY AT NIGHT
Beware!!! The lay-by heading north has a very deep ditch on the slip road entering the lay-by which I got my campervan stuck in with the axle grounded onto the kerb. Luckily got winched out by breakdown truck...beware if dark or the ditch is full of water!!
