I had a knock from the local farmers who's road runs adjacent to the car park asking me what I was doing at 4am. Two older men who mentioned how I was a girl on my own as well and it was pitch black. So creepy, stay safe out there girlies!

Lovely overnight stop, no one else in the car park except us for the night itself. Very quiet, only the occasional plane and car going past. Handful of dog walkers in the morning, all very friendly. A large option of walks in the area and signal seems stable.
Nice place to stop, nice a quiet (Sunday afternoon) and plenty of spaces. No facilities but if you want a long walk around a nice place to be
Spent an evening here - £10 for 24hrs via app there was an option to stay for multiple days but did not view cost. Quiet secluded location had a few cars park up in the evening but no issues. Was the only camper! VW 6.1 fit under the barrier. Anything bigger would not be able to enter. I know the lakes extremely well and this I would suspect is the “quietest part” of the lakes.
Fantastischer Platz, an dem man auch über Nacht bleiben darf. Wir waren bis zum Morgen allein. Dann kamen ab und zu ein paar Leute mit ihren Hunden. Bezahlen kann man am Automaten mit Hartgeld oder per Ring Go App . Allerdings habe ich es nicht geschafft sie auf dem Handy zu installieren, obwohl hier 4G sein soll.
