There is also an outdoor toilet, shower and washing up facilities but unsure how long this will be staying. Extremely friendly staff, Dogs welcome kept on leads, the communal fire.

I have stayed here a number if times in my transit camper and is a fun site. Yes it is a bit messy and very informal but has a laid back friendly atmosphere / party atmosphere in weekend evenings - an alternative crowd make this a melting pot if characters. Probably not everyone’s thing but remains very popular £12.50 per person per night.
Camped overnight here and wouldn't recommend this spot. Reception was closed, hard to check in at night. We just had a shower and it was disgusting. Also small showers with very low pressure. The place hasn't been cleaned for weeks. Mold, spiders, mud, cobwebs, lots of flies and moths. Went to do the dishes and found food laying around, mold and trash. Great if you're not picky. £25 for a night.
Nice place, quieter during the week at the weekend it definitely had a festival vibe to it. Prices have increased a slightly to £12.50 per night. And laundry £4. The washing up water was proper hot and the facilities clean.

I would avoid this as a family destination. Generally poorly maintained with discarded vehicles, building materials in prominent view. Site is used by longer-term residents, who are very polite, but are clearly on a tight budget. The music on Saturday night eventually stopped at 3am. I was not allocated a parking space, and found myself unable to get a space on several nights.
We love this pub and campsite as it has such relaxed vibes. We’re staying again tonight and hope to have a BBQ and a small fire later. The wasps are a bit pesky but it’s the time of year for them so can’t be helped. Jungle formula spray helps keep them at bay.
je ne sais pas si c est parce que nous sommes arrivés sous la pluie mais l acceuil n était pas top ..peut etre parce que cvetait dimanche mais les sanitaires extérieurs étaient pas top du tout les enfnats n ont pas voulu rester dormir la .
prix à la tête du client ? 30pounds pour un van 2 adultes et l'électricité pas de vidange d'eaux grises ( ou en tout cas on n'a pas trouvé l endroit) douches insalubres !!! moisissures araignées ... sanitaires pas propres ... bref. A ce tarif on prefere les douches et wc public Pub plutôt cool par contre . on ne peut pas conseiller cet endroit. passez votre chemin.
Great value for the facilities provided, bathroom and kitchen with laundry area too. A good location to explore the area from and hot pub food to return to in the evening. Friendly staff, live music at weekends, can get a bit noisy until late o clock, could separate the social area from the rest of the campsite so vans aren't filled with bonfire smoke.
Great weekend, food , beer and sunshine. Lovely vibe, campsite has everything you need. Toilets cleaned regularly, good choice of pub grub and lovely views of the hills and river. Definitely will be returning soon. Live music is a must see!!
