Genial disponer de un parking gratuito. Nosotros lo utilizamos un par de veces para aparcar la Camper y coger el transporte público para por ejemplo visitar Oxford y así evitar entrar con ka Camper en ciudades que s veces es difícil aparcar. Muy recomendable. Nuestra camper hace 6m de largo.
Please be weary. A new sign has gone up. No vehicles over 3500kg, no camping overnight.
Parking on a slip we were able to use disabled bay and allow the back to overhang the grass area which worked well. Don’t forget 20p if you need a wee. Very close to town centre so would use it again.
Very few places for my 6.3m van, and all had quite a slope, both front to back and side to side. No vehicles over 3500kg. Excellent for parking for the day, but I decided not to sleep there. Thanks to the town for providing free parking.
Good place to sleep. Next to the road, but very quiet at night. There are free toilets and tables in a picnic area.
Good location for chipping Norton. However, car park is not flat and very uneven for large motorhomes on the lower level and upper level dose not have enough space. 12 hours max stay for free. So would suggest arriving late if wanting to sleep.
Please note, although the postcode, OX7 5LJ, is correct, the address is for a private house the other side of the car park’s fence. So when you go down New Street from the High Street, take the first left, Hill Lawn.
Perfect for an overnight stop with Sainsbury’s and restaurants etc all At walking distance from the Free car park . Toilet and bins on site .
I recommend parking on the lower level. It’s not flat, but for an overnight stay it’s quite nice. The locals are very friendly and told us there are often vans and campers, but nothing like ours. Everything is within walking distance. The town is quite small and not very much to do or see. Toilets are open from around 7am and clean.
The first part of car park as you enter has narrow parking spots but good space to pull in and out. However this car park was full when we arrived at 8am. We used the 'additional parking' next to it, spaces much closer together, so only select spots to suit our Fiat Ducato. Both parts were too sloped for us and in the end (after our pleasant day visit) we went to Stow-On-The-Wold for the night.
Deze parkeerplaats wordt veel gebruikt door locals, waardoor er 's avonds veel auto's staan en 's ochtends al vrij vroeg geluiden zijn. We hebben goed geslapen, maar door de roerigheid wilden we niet te lang blijven hangen. De openbare toiletten zijn niet extreem vies, maar stinken wel. Er is een automatisch zeep-was-droogmachine, geen kraan met stromend water. Betaling toilet in eurocenten kan.
Prinzipiell schöner Platz, aber für "ausgewachsene" Wohnmobile leider ungeeignet.
A good place for the night, with Sainsbury's and the town just across the road. Had a quite, undesturbed night so no complaints.
allez au parking longue durée. gratuit .il est grand pas vraiment plat mais bien situé. arrivé plutôt en fin de journée car il est plutôt plein avant. toilettes de 8 a 21h30 payante 20 pence.
The address it wrong, takes you to the housing estate next street down. it is new street. luckily I saw the sign for parking. Just stayed overnight which was fine, plenty close by in the town if wanted. main downside is not flat.
Very safe, easy, and quiet. Tons of parking. Bathroom is open from 730 am until 9 pm. Not too much flat ground but lovely overnight stay.
Nice and quiet and well lit. In town centre with houses next to car park. 200m to town centre. 12 hour stay for free as it’s a long stay car park. Open all year. No height restrictions and waste bins on site. Recommended place to stay
