Je n'ai pas séjourné ici, mais beaucoup de places de stationnement sur un emplacement calme avec une vue fantastique. Rien de ce qui dit que vous ne pouvez pas camper que j'ai pu voir.

Not stayed here, but plenty of parking off a quiet road with a fantastic view. Nothing that says you can’t camp that I could see. There are no facilities here. Great walks nearby.

Nicht hier geblieben, aber genügend Parkplätze an einer ruhigen Kröte mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Nichts, was besagt, dass du nicht campen kannst, was ich sehen könnte.

Stayed here one night, very quiet. 360deg view from top of Pilsdon Pen with miles of open country, looks like it could get rough on a wet Windy night but was fine when we were here. Good TV signal, ok mobile, plenty of room.

brilliant view from here, loads of parking room for 7m van

Lovey view. Peaceful and quiet most of the time despite being right next to a road. Had a lovely quiet time here and meeting some locals plus watched a great sunset from the hill.

Beautiful views! Stayed for one night and had a few other campers with us. Annoyingly someone beeped their horn just before 7am (defo to make a point). But other than that a really nice park up.

Sweet spot! Lovely views over the rolling hills. Great pub nearby where we played skittles. Quiet during the night, couple of other vans

Stayed here for 1 night, when I arrived, there were 2 other vans, very very peaceful night and woke up to an absolute beautiful view!

Zalige plek om te overnachten! Zowel de sunset, de sterren als de sunrise zijn geweldig. Heel rustig. ‘S avonds kwam een locale boer nog een praatje maken. We hebben ons heel veilig gevoeld ook al stonden we alleen.

Fantastic. Arrived at 10.30pm, needed a quick stopover. Stars were amazing to look at. Quiet night, about 3 other campers here. In the morning the view was a beautiful surprise and across the road is a hill you can climb. 3/4 mile down the road a wagon that sells fresh milk and milkshake, coffee etc called the wagon house. Enjoy

Beautiful little spot, great views and relatively quiet. Very little traffic at night.

What a perfect spot. No facilities but the views are amazing. We basked in glorious sunshine and enjoyed a relaxed breakfast. We shared the space with another van but not disturbed at all. Traffic was infrequent especially after 10. We will stay again if passing

Amazing spot, beautiful views and a short walk to pilsden pen with phenomenal views. No facilities.

Great spot, very peaceful and out the way. Road isn’t as busy as you would of thought it would be. Lovely views and a nice walk up Pilsdon Pen. Would stay again

Beautiful place. No facilities. Personally, I found the passing cars quite loud as you are parked very close to the road and there was a slight feeling of vulnerability as the lay-by is on a bend. Passing cars reduced at about 10.30pm but started again at 6.30am. For a small lane in March on a Monday night, I found it remarkably busy! I would stay again but only if there was no where else to go.

Nice quiet lay-by with a gorgeous view. No facilities; it’s a lay-by, after all! Dog walking space on the National Trust hill fort over the road.

This place was an absolute gem:) nice roomy spot to spend a night or two, next to a historical site that you can hike up and walk around. No noise and rarely any traffic apart from walkers in the morning which weren’t any bother. Will 100% be staying here again. View to die for xx

Great place to spend the night, no problems overnight, lovely views and pretty quiet. Slightly on a hill but we didnt mind too much

Stayed here overnight with no issues. A few cars went past but hardly noticed. One other car was also parked here. Feels like a posh lay by :)

Stopped last night, got here about 9pm no cars just 5/6 cars driving past up to about 12am. Group of walkers woke us at 6:30am. Really nice view. No troubles with over night parking.

Stayed overnight. stunning views towards the coast over misty valley bottoms. recommend the walk up to Pilsdon Pen. excellent views and very informative. 6m van. busy in morning.

  • 5/5

Lovely view of the fields and countryside, minimal through traffic at night. Will need leveling ramps, vans over 6m will need to overhang the bank a little bit
