positives: Alot of space available and its a lovely area during the day. by the river and alot of green around you even tho youre in the middle of an industrial city. Negatives: Alot of cars come by, sketchy folk, loiterers. I felt a bit unsafe at night. You're right underneath the tracks of a tram. I found it fun and relaxing.
