Habe hier tagsüber gearbeitet und war den ganzen Tag quasi allein. Man steht gerade hat guten LTE Empfang.
Parking privé juste à côté de l'A66. Il y avait autrefois des caisses d'honnêteté, mais maintenant il y a de véritables machines de paiement. Pas de stationnement de nuit autorisé. Pas d'installations.
Private car park just off the A66. There used to be honesty boxes, but now there are proper pay machines. No overnight parking allowed. No facilities.
Privater Parkplatz direkt an der A66. Früher gab es Ehrlichkeitsboxen, aber jetzt gibt es richtige Kassenautomaten. Kein Nachtparken erlaubt. Keine Einrichtungen.

Large car park off the main road. Lovely views of the hills and stars at night. Felt safe and had a good night’s sleep. Only one other van on with mine. Nice Village and pubs less than 10 min walk away,
VanNando24/12/2020Stayed here on a few occasions, I always make a donation to the voluntary parking boxes as it's a well looked after carpark. No facilities but there's pubs in the village within walking distance. Tarmacked and level ground, lots of space.

Lovely big car park with plenty of room, had a great nights sleep last night, will definitely stop here again next time I’m passing through.

Lovely views and a huge level parking area. Plenty of space for even the largest motor home. Quiet through the night - However even though we had industrial strength earplugs we were woken at 4.30am by numerous lorries thundering by on the A66. Decided to drive on at 5:30am as every time we drifted off to sleep another lorry woke us up.

Great place for overnight stop, good views, honesty box to help community with maintenance. just be careful, satnav will take you into a housing estate, car park is other side of A66.

Great level spot just off the road. You can hear the traffic but wasn’t bad. Nice views of the mountains. Would stay here again!

Nice hard standing can take big mohos just off A66 and lovely views of nearby mountains blencathra . Not far from the local pub just over the road and along the street 10 mins walk .
