The place is good, some locals live here very nice people, no smells at all, there is a bin for the trash, very safe and quiet. Impossible to park on Wednesday(Market day) unless you come late afternoon. Water is available need a bottle or something from a tap in the main entrance of the market inside the park, grey water with a bottle on the right side there is a grid on the floor. Very central.

Very nice and quiet place in a nice neighborhood. Free and flat. Located in the middle of the park, there are two entry options.

This park up isn't the easiest to find, we parked close by and walked on foot to scout it out! To enter, take the entrance on the right, beside the market,shown in photo number 2. A few caravans in storage, and a few Turkish vanlifers. Set back from the road, in parkland. 10 minute walk along the promenade to ferry, credit card swipe at barrier, to Konak, price today 30/3/23 around 8tl.
Of all the parkings in this area this one is the calmest and least packed. Only a few vans parked here compared to the others where there is cm distance between the cars. Big nice park surrounding the parking. Dog park 5 minutes away. Clean toilet (1tl) and running water 100 meters away by the entrance to the market hall. Parking entrance is along the market, don't follow Google maps.
Not the nicest parking spot but it did the job. The right coordinates are 38.46185, 27.08761. To go downtown you don't need an Izmirim Kart, you can pay the tram and the ferry with credit card (contactless). In March 2023 was 8,78 tl per ride per person.
Stayed the weekend. Quiet and peaceful. No services but perfect for the city. Tram- ferry to Konak is a straightforward trip
Except the market day (Wednesday), quiet and nice place to park.
Le mercredi, jour de marché, le parking est inaccessible en journée et en soirée. Mais le marché est super !
