Petit parking hors route calme. Quelques promeneurs de chiens du matin et du soir. J'ai séjourné ici plusieurs fois sans aucun problème.

Small parking area off quiet road. Some morning and evening dog walkers. Have stayed here a few times without any issues.

Kleiner ruhiger Parkplatz abseits der Straße. Ein paar Hundeausführer morgens und abends. Ich habe hier schon mehrere Male ohne Probleme übernachtet.

A peaceful stop to sleep with owls hooting for company. Stayed here Sunday 25/1. Quite small and very muddy this time of year. Lots of deep pot holes. Local folk use the area to park and walk their dogs, so tucked in the corner.

tout petit parking en campagne, très calme et secur, pour 1 ou 2 camping car. Aucun service. Seulement quelques personnes viennent promener leur chien. Merci de garder ce lieu propre et de vous garer en épi pour ne pas gêner

Stayed here in 2020 (sorry for the delay in writing this!). Great little spot that is mostly quiet. We were the only vehicle in the car park all night. If you head out west, then north from the car park on foot, you'll be treated to some spectacular countryside, which is superb for the dogs to run around. We came upon many deer that had congregated in one of the many little woods along the way.

Small car park, level, and quiet except for background motorway noise. Busy with dog walkers late and early - seemend best to park tight on right hand side to not annoy locals.

  • 4/5

Ruhig, die Tauben wecken einen um 5.15h! Die Äste können im Weg sein, aber es gibt genügend Platz ohne Äste. Von der Strasse kommt kein Lärm nachts, empfehlenswert.

Nothing to add except that better to reverse in as can get a bit tight for a 3 point turn or reverse out.

  • 5/5

Good for a passing through wild camp in a Pössl, amazing dawn chorus and lots of inquisitive flying visitors wondering if there will be crumbs dropped. Quiet, only occasional passing traffic, obviously no facilities so pack in , pack out pls!

It's fine, I stayed on a Thursday night. One other van, not massive amounts of space but probably enough for 3 vans. There wasn't much traffic the night I stayed but I was gone by 4:30am. The road leading to the corner where it's situated is narrow with passing places and there were one or two vehicles coming up the road. I didn't hear much after about 9pm though.

Great for a stopover! felt safe and it was very quiet.

  • 2/5

Not great! Way smaller than photo (space for 3 vans & 1 car due to low hanging branches) only quiet from early hours, still some traffic at 2.30am! Stayed one night amazed at amount of traffic (started again at 6.30am, trucks & lorries too). It’s on a bend, so each vehicle came up hill & headlights lit up whole space. Can hear A34 in the distance & evening dog walker looked pee’d off we were there

lovely and pretty place very quiet night

  • 5/5

Completely fine, not as big as the photos make it look but quiet and no one bothered us

  • 5/5

Stayed here 13/05/23. Fantastic park up quite and safe. Can't wait to use it again. two bars of signal on Vodafone.

  • 5/5

Big fan of this little gem. Great for dog walks along the footpaths, far enough away from the road to feel safe. No bins so please take your rubbish with you. A farm shop / cafe a little way up the road killer bacon bap! Steady flow of walkers but dies down as the sun fades. 2 bars on EE. Level parking. Will definitely return!

Small piece of land ideal for an overnight stay. No interruptions at night, we had a very lovely sleep. No parking restrictions or height barriers. You're not near any amenities so this really is a pitt stop location for the day/night. We did a quick litterpick before leaving to keep the place clean.

  • 5/5

Great for overnight stop on the corner of a quiet road so hardly any traffic noise. Couple of pot holes but easy to find a flat spot.

  • 4/5

This spot was an ideal place to stay for one night one on our way from Dover to Wales.

  • 4/5

Great little spot. On the corner of a quiet road so cars have to slow then accelerate away so a little noise as it seemed to be a commuting route so locals in the morning.

  • 4/5

Open and accessible! Few dog walkers throughout the day but generally decent spot

  • 1/5

currently heras fences and road closed sign up. did not feel safe. moved elsewhere.

  • 5/5

Arrived in the afternoon. Stayed 24hrs without a problem. Great quiet night sleep. A few people arrived theough the day to walk dogs and a few to tend to the local farms, no more than a handful. Great little spot

  • 5/5

Absolutely beautiful. no little anywhere please keep it like that. very quite and peaceful, birds singing and the odd horse in the background. The real countryside sounds and smell... even the smell of horse manure..beautiful xx

  • 5/5

Quiet little car park just off road , gravel level area we have a motorhome & plenty of space .would recommend for a stop over if travelling on A34

  • 5/5

Only draw is that there is a horse manure compost just on the other side of a fence so on a warm day sensitive people might pick another spot. Great dog walk up the by way

  • 5/5

Ideal for a good night's sleep. Quiet, level, great phone connection and friendly dog walkers the only visitors. Next to a paddock of horses and a short walk if you wish to stretch a leg or two. Absolutely zero litter around so please keep it that way and take yours with you as there are no bins here.

  • 5/5

    Perfect little spot

  • 4/5

Quiet enough, natural enough, in the far distance you hear the motorway. Signal on three works just fine.

  • 4/5

Really nice for an overnight as so close to the M4. really busy during the day with walkers. good 4g, no other facilities

  • 4/5

Ten minutes from M4 very handy and quiet stop off with a nice lane for an early morning dog walk.

  • 5/5

Really quiet peaceful spot next to a field but still close to motorway. A few dog walkers early doors but nothing disturbing. No signs restricting overnight just one saying take your rubbish with you

  • 5/5

Nice quiet spot just off the M4

  • 3/5

Quiet place to park lots of people up here from 8am onwards.

  • 4/5

Quiet car park on a country road next to fields.

  • 3/5

Spent a quiet might here on our way North from Portsmouth ferry. No problems at all.

  • 3/5

Gravel car park on the corner of a country road, dog walkers pass, some who park here and some from hamlet just across the field.

  • 2/5

Merci pour le tuyau. Super plan en quittant Londres vers d’autres aventures. Tout près de l’autoroute.
