Possibility for small vans to park right next to the cricket club in Shipley country park. Lots of people and cars both in evening and morning, runners and dog walkers, but we were all alone from 9 pm til 7 am. Good option close to Nottingham.

Plenty of parking for a normal-small van, not the most even ground but managed to get flattish. Lovely surroundings. Bit noisy and people coming and going till around 10:30-11 playing music and smoking weed etc but no trouble. Woke up to doggers at 2/3 but to be expected in this area.
Good secluded spot on a dead end track to the cricket club, room for between 5-10 vehicles. Beautiful walks meters away into Shipley country park. Very quiet from dark till 7am, then lots of dog walkers.
Great spot, felt much safer than the Eastwood Morrisons car park!
We spent a really quiet night. I recommend :)
