Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce camping. L’accueil était sympathique, le lieu aussi avec une très belle vue sur le Loch Lomond. Les commodités sont certes vétustes mais propres. Attention si vous le rejoignez de nuit, la route est assez sinueuse en van.
Trascorso la notte del 30/8. Bel campeggio in rive al lago. Strada stretta per raggiungerlo (ma siamo in Scozia). Purtroppo pioveva e il terreno fangoso non facilita la permanenza. Comunque servizi puliti.
Schöner Campingplatz direkt am Loch. Bei Regen sind die Wege leider etwas matschig mit großen Pfützen, was vor allem nachts nicht sonderlich angenehm auf dem Weg zur Toilette ist. Anlagen ansonsten super, Stellplätze mit Schotter und gerade
Beautiful location but overpriced. Our pitch was right by the main trail with constant foot traffic - not the peaceful spot we expected. Staff member nearby was helpful but checked on us too frequently, feeling intrusive. Noticed some snobbery toward basic camping gear. Decent facilities don't justify the cost. Rocky ground made securing our awning difficult.
It's a great site for access to the loch. Unfortunately Storm Floris came through while we were here and some caravans were tipped over - no fault of the site. The staff were friendly and helpful, when I wanted to upgrade to an EHU pitch for our second night. Only flaw was that the toilet blocks weren't as clean as I would expect for this price - £33pn for 1 adult + 2 kids, no EHU.
Super camping comme on les aime. Près du lac avec une splendide. Le personnel est très accueillant et le camping est propre.
60€ pour un campervan avec électricité/ 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Le camping le plus cher d'Ecosse durant notre séjour. Très belle vue mais beaucoup de moustiques. Les sanitaires sont mal entretenus. Suite au passage d'une tempête des caravanes sont restées retournées avec déchets au sol. Malheureusement la laundry était hors-service ! Pas de réduction du tarif ne nous a été proposé en compensation
Nice staff, good pitches, lovely view of the loch. Clearly a weekend stay for some, as lots of noise and children on Sat & Sun, but nothing too bad. Laundry was broken when we went but they were in the process of fixing it.
Personnel très accueillant et aidant. Des emplacements les pieds dans l’eau. Les couleurs le soir sont incroyables. Gros coup de cœur.
Wunderschöner Platz am Wasser, viel Grün und ruhige Lage. Die sanitären Anlagen sind schon etwas älter, reichen aber aus. 62€ für zwei EW mit Kind und Wohnmobil inkl. Strom. Dafür aber erste Reihe Seeblick, den man ja nicht zwingend buchen muss. Die Anfahrtsstrasse war recht eng. Der Empfang an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Der nächste Ort ist etwa 5km entfernt.
Came here for 2 nights with the wife and dogs, beautifully kept site and absolutely stunning views, would highly recommend booking a loch side pitch, Midgies were pretty bad from about 9pm until 11am so take some repellant and head nets, you can’t have fires but can have BBQ on coal only. Toilets were very clean and plenty of cubicles and sinks/showers. Great onsite shop selling anything a coop would
Hatten einen Stellplatz am Wasser. Aussicht war toll. Für den Preis ist es aber schon eher wenig was geboten wird. Alles sehr zweckmäßig und älter, aber sauber. Mit Hund schöne Möglichkeiten rauszugehen. Wanderwege bedingt vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Super endroit avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Loch Lommond. Sanitaires et services impeccables ! Nous avions un emplacement juste face au lac, magnifique. Seule ombre au tableau, à l'aube et au crépuscule, on est envahi par les "midges". Prévoir du répulsif!
Die Lage ist toll mit super Aussicht. Jedoch etwas teuer, was wohl dem Verbot fürs Wildcampen im Park geschuldet ist. Leider ist während unseres Aufenthaltes der Strom & das Wasser für einen Tag ausgefallen und wir mussten trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen. Die Duschen sind eher alt und nicht sehr gross, aber dafür schön warm. Leider nur eine Waschmaschine für den ganzen Platz.
Inderdaad erg prijzig. We kregen een premium plek omdat dit de enige beschikbare zou zijn. Bleek dat er nog ruim voldoende ander plekken waren. Wel een hele mooie ruime plek met tuintafel en fantastisch uitzicht. Sanitair bij onze plek was oud schimmelig maar de douche wel lekker warm. Je zou voor deze prijs £50,- (2 personen met camper inclusief stroom) toch wat meer mogen verwachten.
Incroyable! La vue est surprenante. Bon, pas prévu dans le budget mais pour une première nuit après récupération du VAN. Cela en vaut la peine.
Very nice people at this campsite, incredible view, ultra clean bathroom and toilets. A bit expensive, 44£ for a van, 4 people front of the loch but worth it !
Wunderschön gelegener Platz direkt am See. Alles natürlich und ursprünglich. Tisch und Bänke an jedem Platz. Sanitäranlagen sind ok. Die Straße, die zum Platz führt, ist etwas eng und kurvig, lohnt sich aber.
Mooi gelegen camping aan het meer met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Sanitair goed. Grote plaatsen.
Beautiful setting right on the loch. Friendly staff facilities are good washroom/showers could do with updating but are perfectly good and clean.
Absolutely fantastic! Booked 1 night & ended up staying 3! Staff super friendly, helpful and spent time talking and sharing local knowledge. Small shop with basic supplies. Only niggle was water could’ve been hotter for washing up. Easy access to the Loch for swimming. The view is what you pay for. We will 100% be returning next year.

Lovely campsite. We had a premier pitch on the waterside and it was worth it. mid-September, with the weather on the turn. Used as a launch point for a West coast tour. Had a swim in the Loch but didn't SUP due to the wind. Recommended.
Camping hyper bien placé sur le bon côté du loch Lomond. Vu sur le coucher de soleil sur le loch. Tous les services camping car dispos. Possibilité de payer des places « premium » pour être en bordure du loch. Balades accessibles à pied depuis le camping ou balade balmaha à 5min en voiture. Sanitaires ok.
Loved camping here. We pitched on hard ground with electric right at lake side and was perfect for chilling and hopping on / off kayak etc. Little shop on site for a few bits and bobs … facilities could use an upgrade but were fine. Staff mostly friendly minus one man who was a little less pleasant on arrival. Close to some short walking loops perfect for dogs. Enjoyed it and would go back!
Excellent camping, nous y avons passé la nuit dernière : 21.50£ pour une nuit 2 personne 1 fourgon sans électricité. Tarif avec électricité 30£ et 35£ vu direct sur le lac. (Même sans vu direct vous ne pouvez pas le rater et vous pourrez faire de belles photos si le temps si prête). Sanitaires plutôt propres malgré la pluie et la boue. Personnel très sympathique.

Camping au bord de l'eau avec certains emplacements avec vue direct sur le lac. Très beau camping avec des installations corrects. Nous avons payé 36£ pour 2 adultes et 1 chien et électricité sur un emplacement standard. (l'emplacement premium à la place devant le lac). Randonnée à proximité
Stayed here for one night in high season. We were not on the water front but had a decent view and it is magnificent. The facilities are decent.
Haben im Voraus gebucht. Angeblich keine Stellplätze mehr am Wasser. Als wir ankamen, erklärte man den Leuten vor uns, die spontan vorbei schauten, einen Platz mit LakeView. Wir hingegen wurden direkt gegenüber vom Abwasser-/ Toilettenreinigungsplatz und neben einer Baustelle abgestellt.
Camping here for 1 night. Main road next to campsite, wakes you up with traffic early in the morning. The bathroom/shower facilities very old. The women’s shower was full of long dark hair on walls and in drains. Not sure when they get cleaned. Other campers playing music till after 11pm. We have been traveling for 2 weeks camping in Scotland, this was the worst place we stayed at.
Super camping. Il y a des emplacements face au loch Lomond. C’est magnifique ! On a fait une machine pour le linge 5 £ + 2 £ le sèche linge. Le seul petit bémol c’est le tarif 46 £ avec électricité et 32 £ sans ( un van avec 2 adultes et 2 enfants) Mais après plusieurs nuits en sauvage une bonne douche chaude ça fait du bien!! On recommande.
Toller Campinplatz, ruhig mit toller Aussicht und direkt am West Highland Way -perfekt für Wanderungen oder um gemütlich am See zu sitzen. Das Cashel-Wald-Zentrum ist direkt gegenüber. Wer Fischen will sollte jedoch vorher ein Permit in Balmaha kaufen. Sanitäranlagen sind simpel und sauber, die Mitarbeiter super nett.
Wonderful campsite with 10/10 views of the Loch. 1 star less because no wifi and a bit old showers with no power outlets.
Wir hatten einen Stellplatz in erster Wasserreihe mit unserem Camper. Die Aussicht war wirklich traumhaft und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Leider sind die Waschräume schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Dusche ist nicht richtig warm geworden. Wir würden aber trotzdem wieder kommen.

Clean and friends camp site. A little pricey. But clean and has all the facilities for water, dumping etc. a little shop etc. Right on the loch but on the other side so you have to back track to get around the loch.

Sehr schöner CP. £36 mit Strom in erster Reihe vorne am Wasser war es wert. Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Einfache Sanitäranlagen, aber sauber. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten vom Platz aus.
Dans leur conditions d’utilisation il est précisé qu’on ne peut pas dormir dans une voiture ou un fourgon aménagé. Il faut un véhicule prévu pour ( carte grise VASP ). Le camping est très beau, l’accueil souriant mais on a été refusé.
Toller Platz am See, die 6£ Pfund mehr für einen Platz in der ersten Reihe waren uns es wert. Strom direkt am Platz aber kein Wifi. Toiletten etwas alt aber ausreichend und sauber.
First night in the new camper, Juno came with. Great night. Midges might be a terrible thing if we’re not prepared.

Amazing location, spacious pitches, clean facilities and friendly staff. Perfect location for a stay and to explore Loch Lomond. The premium lakeside spots were worth the extra money in my opinion.

Schöner Campingplatzt, wir standen hier für eine Nacht. Sanitäre-Anlagen waren sauber und auch kostenfrei. Plätze waren mit Schotter gekennzeichnet. Personal war freundlich.
schöner Campingplatz mit genialem Ausblick auf den See. Leider direkt neben einer Strasse, aber die in der Nacht nicht stark befahren ist. Die Toiletten und Duschen sind sauber gehalten, es kann nur Warm geduscht werden und deshalb war es bei unserem Aufenthalt stickig und feucht.

Wunderschöner Campingplatz und (für uns) sehr teuer. 50,75 £ für kleinen Kastenwagen mit Dz (3 Pers u. Hund), ink. Elektr. die wir nicht brauchten. Sind auf den Platz gefahren, weil wir waschen mussten. Unbedingt nach dem Code für den Waschmaschinenzugang fragen. Das ist nämlich ein anderer als für Toi/Duschen. Sehr ärgerlich wenn man das erst am Abfahrtstag erfragen kann, weil Rezeption zu ist.

Great location, friendly staff and beautiful views. We paid £45 for one night which included electric, this is more than we would usually pay for a night but we had a lakefront view and allowed us to take our paddle boards out. The price for a none lakefront was £40. One star got taken because the code they gave us for the laundry room was wrong and we couldn’t get in touch with anyone.
Super Lage direkt am See, kleiner Shop auch mit Campingzubehör. Sehr pingelig, wenn man außerhalb des gemieteten Schotterplatzes etwas aufstellen möchte. Saubere Sanitäranlagen
Nous y avons passé une nuit. L'endroit réservé aux vans sans prise électrique est le plus calme. Attaque de midges par contre. Les sanitaires sont propres. Par contre difficile d'avoir de l'eau très chaude tout au long de la douche
sehr schöne Anlage, super freundliche Verwaltung, Möglichkeit Premium Plätze direkt am Kieselstrand, herrlich. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber. Nur 1 Waschmaschine und 1 Trockner für alle. Sehr kurze Duschwasser-Einheiten, aber mit Hüfte auf dauer haltbar :o) ... Wasser sehr warm und nicht regelbar. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen.
Schlecht geführt,marode,Müll amStrand und Hundekot auf den Rasenflächen. Duschen funktionieren nicht.Stand unter der Dusche und plötzlich war das Wasser weg.Kein Service,erst ab 10.00 Uhr. Nie mehr!!!
Really well run and well kept site. We stayed here as we were taking a trip to Inchailloch Island. We’re able to ring and book on the day. Paid £32 for a premium spot on edge of loch. Lovely swimming in the loch, beach rocky but lovely. Well stocked shop. Friendly staff. 10pm quiet curfew.
Beautiful location and pitches are big enough for the room you need. premium pitch can have views of the Loch. some water sports are banned here so the Loch has the space for people to paddle board and kayak. dogs are welcome. the only pain point is the midgies. They are everywhere in the bathrooms which is a shame as they are otherwise clean. needs a zapper inside not just by the door.
This is a great campsite in an amazing location! I paid for a cheaper non electric hardstanding pitch and I could still see the loch. Toilets/showers and pot wash were just a short walk away and were very clean. Laundrette was a bit further away; there was only one washer and the room was full of midges. I did struggle with the midges in the evening but that’s to be expected so close to the water!
Wow. 10/10. This place is not only spacious, and beautiful (right on the water), but the staff are also incredibly helpful, and whilst I was here lots of friendly people around. Love this place, can’t recommend enough! Pay extra for the electric hook up even if you don’t use it to get a better spot!

Ruhiger und großer CP. Hatten einen schönen Platz direkt am See mit toller Aussicht. Die Parzellen sind groß und der Platz ist sehr gepflegt. Die Sanitäranlagen waren für uns OK und es gab heiße Duschen. Haben für 2 Nächte inkl. Strom und Premium Hardstanding Pitch 92€ bezahlt. Kommen gerne wieder.
Ruhige Lage direkt am Loch Lomond mit Stein-Strand, was will man mehr. Duschen und Klos sind OK, das Personal sehe nett. Die Stellplätze sind ca. 6 Meter auseinander, so hat man viel Platt für sich. Die Sonne geht zwischen den Bergen auf der anderen Seeseite unter. Einer der am schönst gelegenen Plätze, auf den ich war. Jederzeit wieder.
Sind mit Dachzelt unterwegs und hatten einen super Standplatz direkt am Wasser. Ohne Strom zahlten wir zu Zweit 19,75£ … Duschen sind sauber und sehr warm :)
Arrived last night after a 10 hour drive.Staff are absolutely wonderful and so friendly.Toilets & showers are spotlessly clean.The views from the pitch we have with our Motorhome are breathtaking.It’s so peaceful & tranquil here,I’m so glad I found it on this site.Our first venture to Scotland and although we only have 1 more night at this site before moving on up to Loch Ness,it is certainly a site we shall be returning to.
Lage Super direkt am See. Personal super freundlich. Hatten „Hard Standing without electricity“, die sind leider am Waldrand/an der - kaum befahrenen - Strasse. Sanitäranlagen gut. Hab mal einen Laden der ist leider zu. Aktuell wird wohl ein neuer Pächter gesucht.
Wirklich superfreundliches Personal. Die Aussicht einfach unbeschreiblich. Hatten einen sogenannten „Hard Standing Pitch with Electric“, sprich geschotterten Stellplatz mit Stromanschluss. Standen in der zweiten Reihe zum See, Preis war ok, sanitäre Anlagen soweit sauber und funktionstüchtig.
We managed a hard standing pitch on the Loch Side with electric. Beautiful scenery. We paid just under £80 for 2 nights. We had a couple trees blocking our view, to get a good pitch, its first come, first serve basis to get the best pitches. No shop sadly, staff were friendly, shower blocks clean. Could do with a paint. Washing up facilities were good. On EE so had good reception.
Wir haben auf dem Stellplatz einen guten Ort direkt am Wasser gefunden. In der Nähe sind Wanderrouten für geübte und ungeübte Wanderer, die Umgebung ist wirklich schön. Leider hatten wir keinen Sat Empfang, und wenigstens ein kleiner Shop oder WLAN war auch nicht vorhanden. Dafür war der Preis ein wenig happig. Alles in allem war er aber trotzdem super und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.
La route pour y accéder ne manque pas de piments avec une côte à 15% pour laquelle il est impossible de prendre de l’élan. Aujourd’hui c’est un peu boueux, j’avoue que les nids de poules mériteraient un sceau de gravillons. Très belle vue, personnel sympathique.
Nous y sommes allés pour juste prendre une douche, ce n'est plus possible à cause du covid.
Camping très bien entretenu avec une vue splendide. les gérants sont charmants et très accueillants. le bloc sanitaire est très propre.
Cashel Campsite - Camping in the Forest. Très beau camping en pleine nature et au bord du Loch Lomond. Environ 50£ pour 1 nuit pour un grand emplacement avec électricité et 4 adultes (camping-car de 7 mètres). Vue sur le lac au réveil. Sentier de rando dispo le long du lac. Proprietaire très accueillant. Les chiens sont plus que bienvenus. Sanitaires très propres

Direkt am Wasser, Dusch und WC sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Stellplätze eben, z.t. mit Picknick Tischen. Kleiner Kiosk. Gelegenheit für Frischwasser sowie entsorgung von grey und black water. 23 Pfund für einen Campervan und 2 Erwachsene. Wenn man die one way road weiter fährt, gelangt man zum Ausgangspunkt für eine Ben Lomond Wanderung.

Direkt am Wasser, sauber, große Stellplätze. Steiniges Ufer, aber super sauberes Wasser. Personal ist etwas eigen, aber in Summe kein Problem. Shop hat normale Preise und Recht große Auswahl mit Brötchen-Service.
