Superb place for a wild night in the middle of nowhere. 2 km before the lighthouse on a place on the left when arriving. Among the sheep.

Slept here for one night. Still a pile of sand in the middle but three cars will fit. The night I slept was super windy and rainy. Camper van was shaking but I don’t mind, makes me sleep good haha. A few sheep came to visit in the night but no trouble. Good view to wake up to
Amazing spot, beautiful views - there was enough space for two large vans. We hiked up to the cliff overlooking Neist Point to watch the sunset and it was so worth it! No one else around.
Superbe endroit, au milieu des moutons, un point de vue sur l'océan, un point de vue sur le lac, du vent donc pas de midges, coucher de soleil depuis le parking. En prime ce soir un voisin en camping car nous donne un splendide concert de violon.
Vraiment un bel endroit, à l’égard de la foule du Neist Point Lighthouse. Il y a environ 4 emplacements donc arrivé tôt si vous voulez u dormir.
Arreté là par hasard à cause de l’accès à Nest Point complément bloqué, c’était en fait tout à fait le bon plan pour passer la nuit à proximité de Nest Point. La vue est magnifique. Le vent était faible donc ça allait, le parking en contrebas (dans le virage) est moins venteux. 3.4km avant le phare, qui reste donc accessible à pied (comptez 50min). Pour l’accès à la zone en août, soyez patient.
Insanely good spot. Probably the best one we've been in. Decent 4G. Epic view. Complete silence. Lake, sea, grass, mountain, sheep, islands, wind. That's all. Quite flat, easy access, 4-5 spots.

Avec les vaches et les moutons autour du camping-car c’était le bonus pour les enfants! Super point de vue et pas du tout de bruit. Nous n’avons pas entendu de voiture passer la nuit. En effet il vaut mieux arriver tôt pour y trouver sa place.
Super spot. Vue sur le lac, nous avons dormi au milieu des vaches et des moutons. Place pour 3 camping-car, allez-y tôt pour ne pas louper ce spectacle. Beaucoup de vent mais comme partout sur l’île

Endroit magnifique, certe en bord de route mais vue magnifique sur le Loch, en hauteur. Possibilité d'aller au Neist Point a pied, en 30min Plein de moutons aux alentours !
Top plek met top uitzicht. Vlak en zachte grond. Veel minder wind en veel minder volk dan op de plek bij de vuurtoren verderop. Geen midgets!

Top Platz für 4 Camper. Sehr windig aber das war für uns kein Problem. Super Aussicht, der Neist Point war mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Schöner Stellplatz für ca. 4 Wohnmobile. Hatten eine ruhige Nacht umgeben von Schafen und der schönen Natur, war etwas windig, aber wo ist das in Schottland nicht? Super Ausblick und auch der Neist Point ist zu Fuß von hier aus erreichbar (30min).
petit parking au bord de la route de Neis Point. magnifique vue sur un loch et la mer. De la place pour 4-5 camping-cars. du passage dans la journée, mais très calme la nuit. aujourd’hui pas de bol beaucoup de vent. Petite rando sur la montagne en montant à gauche, face à la mer, avec une magnifique vue sur le phare…
For us the most beautiful night in nature on our trip. It is a small lay-by of the road to the lighthouse. The lighthouse was crowded, but this spot was empty and much more beautiful. Views all across the coast. Between the sheep. No wind when we were there. You feel on top of the world! Later on there were 3 other that joined us, but on a way that we still felt alone with the view up to the isles
great place! quite windy, but the road is quiet and the view is beautiful. The road up here is very bad though, so be careful. There are toilets in Glendale community centre, 10 min drive

Super Platz, um den Leuchtturm zu besichtigen, wenn man Fahrräder dabei hat. Fußläufig auch machbar ( ca 3.5km). Wir haben dort auch eine Nacht verbracht, war etwas windig, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr toll. Unser WoMo misst 8 x 3m. Sat Empfang sowie 4g Vodafone O2 vorhanden.
Super spot vous passerez la nuit entre les moutons et les vaches. Nickel
A good place to stop at before or after visiting Neist Lighthouse. Views over the loch and beyond - and out towards the sunset if you’re lucky enough to have your van positioned for that view. Through traffic is minimal in the evening and with little wind when we were there we had a great night’s sleep. Beware the midges at this location - they like it too… :)

Stunning view with sunset over the horizon in October. Can be very windy which wasn't a problem for us that much but could be different for other people. Quiet road at night

Superb spot !!! Absolutely stunning views. Was very windy for us, so had to cook etc in the van, but it didn’t stop us from taking a drink with us to sit on the hill to watch the sunset. Would highly recommend. Quite a busy little spot so would recommend getting there a little earlier (we got there around 4pm and were okay but saw a few vans look and have to drive by due to lack of space).
Great spot for the night in small van, would not advise for larger vans due to narrow single track roads. Quite windy but keeps the midgies away!!!
Great view from the spot but when the wind is strong, it’s absolutely no fun! We ended up having to move because it was so bad!
Belle vue, calme, lieu en pleine nature au milieu des moutons. Vue sur le loch et la mer.
Trop de monde au spot du Neist Point on se retranche ici et on a pas été déçus : plus de passage entre 18h et 8h, du calme, une jolie vue, et les moutons aux réveils !
L'accès a ce point aussi proche du phare n'est pas autorisé d'ailleurs l'accès est équipé d'une barrière. L'emplacement de stationnement se trouve un peu plus tôt sur la route.
Pas de service, mais la vue est magnifique.
Nous avons passé la nuit sur le bas côté de la route qui mène au phare, superbe ! Nous n’étions pas les seuls. Possibilité de camping sauvage.
